His journey began as an accidental landlord, but over the years he has built a portfolio of properties and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to manage them effectively.

Having previously trained in gas safety (though never working full-time as a gas engineer), Gordon brings valuable technical insight to the team. This background allows him to troubleshoot gas-related issues quickly — often resolving problems by guiding tenants through simple fixes, saving landlords time and unnecessary call-out costs.
